The Process

Consultation

Meet & greet. Discuss scope of work, project requirements, budget, outcomes & timeframes. Site visit to measure and record existing conditions. Review floor plan and write program to reflect expressed needs and desires.
Draft

Develop working drawings, plan sets and renderings. Finalise selections of furnitures, finishes & materials. Present final design, solicit feedback and gain approval.
Quotation

Sign off design concept, gather fabric, color samples, and submit final quote.

Proposal

Preliminary design intention and direction. Preliminary space plans, furniture and finish selections. Create quick sketches to communicate and clarify design intention. Prepare design concept, cost estimate, solicit feedback and gain approval.
Implementation

Goods are ordered, Progressive site visits to ensure design intent is actualized, Project management supervision, Commence project.
Completion

Finalise paperwork, Ensure client satisfaction, Reflection of project.
